This dish consists of 9 types of toppings centered around the fish caught in the daytime net in Akashi. (Including bluefin tuna, squid, striped jack, today's white fish, shrimp, today's shellfish, grilled conger eel, seared Tajima beef, salmon roe, etc.) We can accommodate requests such as extra wasabi or larger portions of sushi rice. If there are any toppings you dislike (such as shellfish), please let us know in advance and we can exchange them for others. Takeout and delivery services are also available.
