100% D.O.C.G. Vernaccia di San Gimignano fermented by vineyard. Fermented in temperature-controlled tanks without skin contact for 20 days. Silver-tinted yellow. The first taste is a burst of acidity, with a pleasant grapefruit-like aroma. There are also refreshing notes of white flowers, mint, and fresh olive oil. 750ml
100% D.O.C.G. Vernaccia di San Gimignano grapes harvested from the 'Poggiarelli' vineyard. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A clear pale lemon yellow. Subtle sunflower flavors with a hint of almond. More complex aromas compared to the standard. Characteristically fresh fruitiness compared to the Riserva. 750ml
100% D.O.C.G. Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva is fermented by vineyard. After adding carefully selected yeast, it ferments for 3 days and is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. During this time, batonnage is performed continuously. The color is golden. The aroma includes bitter almonds, green apples, peaches, and jasmine. It has a creamy flavor with a fresh mouthfeel reminiscent of pineapple. 750ml
100% Sangiovese D.O.C.G. Chianti harvested by hand, after fermentation the skins are removed from the fermentation tank and the juice is aged for 1 year in a 2000ml cement tank. After that, it undergoes 6 months of bottle aging. Deep ruby color. Flavors of roasted chestnuts, violets, dark cherries, and green olives. Recommended to drink slightly chilled. 750ml suggested retail price.
100% Sangiovese D.O.C.G. Chianti Classico harvested by hand, with maceration lasting for one and a half months. During this time, remontage is performed. After fermentation, the grape skins are removed from the fermentation tank, and aging takes place for 12 months in tonneaux. Ripe plums, black-skinned cherries. Spices reminiscent of black pepper. A rich full body with a smooth drinking experience. 750ml
70% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Grigio, 5% Traminer Aromatico. I.G.T Toscana. All grapes are hand-picked. Malolactic fermentation is performed. Aged for 6 months in cement barrels and 6 months in bottles. A slightly deep yellow-gold color. Notes of mango, apricot, chamomile, yellow peach, and pear. A full-bodied wine with a fruity flavor and hints of honey. 750ml
100% Canaiolo, production of 2500 bottles. Fermented using indigenous yeasts, with skins macerated for 35/40 days without temperature control. Stirred manually in a 15hl steel tank for the entire fermentation period without using pumps. Aged in steel tanks for 6 months and then in bottles for 1 year. Wild, spicy, dry, and finely tannic. 750ml
Trebbiano 100% Production quantity 980 bottles Hand-harvested in early September. Fermented with indigenous yeast in 8hl amphorae without temperature control, with 5 months of maceration. During this time, alcoholic fermentation is done manually. After that, it is aged as is for 1 month. Aged in bottle for 3 months. Beautiful golden color with bitter orange. A rich and flavorful white wine. 750ml
100% Sangiovese, at an altitude of 500m. D.O.C.G. Brunello di Montalcino undergoes remontage in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 20 to 25 days. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation occurs. It is aged in large barrels for 36 months. After that, it is bottled and aged for more than 4 months. Released 5 years after harvest. It has a soft outline and a good balance of ripe tannins and acidity. Full-bodied. 750ml
100% Sangiovese, 500m elevation. D.O.C Rosso di Montalcino undergoes remontage and délestage for 15 to 25 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by alcoholic fermentation and then malolactic fermentation. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Sangiovese, harvested at an altitude of 600m. I.G.T. Toscana Rosso. Hand-picked grapes. Fermented with the skins for 20 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged for 18 months in Slovenian and French oak barrels. Followed by 3 months of bottle aging. Aromas of cassis, blueberries, and American cherries, with a sweet fruit-derived fragrance. Full-bodied with concentrated fruitiness. 750ml
100% Merlot I.G.T. Toscana Rosso, hand-harvested after selecting the grapes, followed by remontage and délestage. Natural fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 27°C in stainless steel tanks for 18 to 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels for 6 months. 2 months in stainless steel tanks, 6 months bottle aging. Attractive volume. The acidity is of good quality and well integrated. The floral aroma is captivating, and the balance of acidity, tannins, and fruit is pleasant. 750ml
90% Glera (only produced in Italy by Règola) and 10% Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked and selected. Fermented at 18 degrees in stainless steel tanks. After that, secondary fermentation in the bottle. Using natural yeast without added sugar, and manual riddling is done while aging on the lees for 36 months. A beautiful straw yellow color. It has a citrus sweetness and a slight yeast aroma. Notes of pineapple and apricot. It has a sharp and clean taste, while the finish is solid. 750ml
70% Viognier and 30% Chardonnay. The I.G.T. Bianco grapes are hand-picked from selected bunches. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 6 months in French barriques. 70% Vermentino, 30% Sauvignon Blanc. I.G.T. Toscana Bianco grapes are selectively hand-picked. Soft pressed and fermented. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months. After that, it undergoes at least 2 months of bottle aging. Notes of fresh grass, fennel, citrus fruits, with a refreshing and sharp acidity, and a mineral quality, making it a well-balanced wine. 750ml
85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Sangiovese, 5% Syrah I.G.T. Toscana Rosso grapes are hand-picked from selected bunches. Fermentation occurs in cement tanks with the skins. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in 2-3 year old barriques. Following this, it undergoes at least 12 months of bottle aging. It has bitter nuances, spices, and dried fruits. A full-bodied wine with abundant fruit flavors. 750ml
100% Cabernet Franc I.G.T. Toscana Rosso grapes are hand-picked from selected bunches. Fermentation takes place in cement tanks with the skins. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 18 months in new barriques. It is then aged in the bottle for at least 12 months.
