This is a course to fully enjoy standard, seasonal, sea, and earth oden! Sangen pork loin shabu-shabu in oden broth in which many ingredients are stewed. You can choose from three types of ojiya (rice porridge) made with soup stock with the added umami of sangenton pork loin. It is no exaggeration to say that this is a full course of Oden & a superb course!
The 9-course menu includes oden, sashimi, sushi, and a special "&" dish, as well as shabu-shabu with Hiroshima oysters and cold wakame seaweed to top it off!
This is "&"'s top-of-the-line "Extreme" course! We have prepared a total of 9 dishes including "gout oden" using seasonal ingredients as well as our special oden and sushi! All-you-can-drink 2.5 hours included! 2 hours is available from Wednesday to Friday.
