[Lulu Brewery 7%] A beer first brewed by the young brewer Gregory. Located in the Luxembourg province of Belgium, adjacent to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and about 20 km from Orval Abbey. Early on, it incorporated Orval yeast and used Amarillo hops. This beer has a honey-like aroma and offers a remarkable taste that starts with a honey-like sweetness and gradually reveals bitterness. A masterpiece from the Luxembourg province of Belgium.

[Kazoo Brewery Alc. 6.7%] This beer is brewed at the only brewery in Tournai, the oldest city in Belgium. It has a unique sweetness characteristic of the Walloon region (only a little sugar is used for secondary fermentation), while also having a solid hop bitterness. It feels like a very interesting beer that combines the features of both Walloon blonde and saison beers. I learned when we met that Mr. Laurent and Mr. Gregory from Lulu Brewery have been friends since university. It's a small world!!

[Karakoram Brewery 7.2%] The Karakoram Brewery, which heats its kettle with fire from wood, is unique in the world. It has a light roasted aroma and sweetness of orange and lemon, followed by a solid bitterness. [Bosteels Brewery 8%] Mr. Kwak, who ran a brewery and an inn, noticed that the passengers of the carriages stopping by the inn were often thirsty and unable to free their hands to drink while riding. To solve this, he devised this glass so they could drink while on the move. It is said that he distributed his beer to everyone. This beer has a deep reddish-brown color and a long-lasting finish with a sweetness from the roasted malt.

[Dubuisson Brewery 12%] Known as Bush Amber in Belgium, it was forced to change its name in many countries due to a lawsuit by Anheuser-Busch, the company behind Budweiser. It has a fragrant alcoholic volume reminiscent of whiskey, with sweetness, spiciness, and a bitterness that comes later. Perfect for a final drink.

[St. Bernardus Brewery 6%] The rain that fell during the time of Joan of Arc became groundwater, which is drawn up from 150 meters underground to create this beer. It is filled with the unique aromas of this brewery, reminiscent of pear and vanilla, and a smooth, gentle sweetness dominates the palate. It is also customary to drink in the order of Pater, Prior, and Abt.

[St. Bernardus Brewery 8%] The St. Bernardus Brewery is located less than a 10-minute drive from the French border. Among Pater, Perle, and Abt, this is the most balanced dark brown ale. [St. Bernardus Brewery 10%] Known among beer enthusiasts and critics as one of the best beers in the world. This beer began brewing in 1946, having been given the recipe from the 'Saint Sixtus Abbey,' which brews the 'Westvleteren Abt,' said to be the best beer in the world. With an aroma reminiscent of ginjo sake, a rich body, and a spicy, long finish that follows, it convinces you of its status as a top-tier beer. Perfect as the last drink. [Van Steenberge Brewery 7.5%] Originally, this brewery had a farm next door where goats were kept. The name Rout Bock, meaning 'happy goat', features one of the most unique glasses in Belgium, which is not self-standing. Be careful not to spill it when you're drunk. You will be able to fully enjoy the roasted flavor of the malt.

[Huyghe Brewery 8.5%] This beer was brewed in 1999 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Delirium Tremens. True to its name, which means 'nighttime alcohol addiction,' it is best enjoyed late at night. The roasted malt offers a wonderful aroma, complemented by sweetness reminiscent of orange, pineapple, and tropical fruits, along with a subtle hint of acidity.

[Van Steenberge Brewery 10.5%] The bell tower group in Belgium is recognized as a World Heritage site, and since the year 1111, Gouden Draak has been towering over the bell tower of the ancient city of Ghent in East Flanders, Belgium, overlooking Ghent. This beer has a momentarily soft mouthfeel, but its rich body and brandy-like flavor balance are outstanding, rivaling any other beer.

[De Dorre Brewery 9%] Until the 1980s, Belgian beer was swept away by the wave of mass-produced beers, and many unique breweries disappeared one after another. During that time, doctors, lawyers, and architects began brewing beer as a hobby. Going against the trend of the times, they started to brew unique beers that only they could create. This beer is the first of those, and it carries the meaning of 'our' and 'original.' Using Flanders red beer yeast, it has strong carbonation, with flavors of acidity and roast, all of which are distinctive.

[Lulu Brewery 6.5%] The brewery initially started with the intention of brewing only Lulu Blonde, but aimed for further flavor development by brewing a dark brown ale using Orval yeast. [Karakoram Brewery 9%] Initially brewed as a Christmas beer by Karakoram Brewery (Snail), it has become a beer brewed year-round. True to its name, drinking this beer provides a level of satisfaction that makes you feel that it would be fine if the world ended, with a sweetness reminiscent of a citrus dessert.

[De Ranke Brewery Alc.9%] Noir means 'black' in French, and Dottignies is the name of the town where De Ranke Brewery is located. Dottignies is part of the French-speaking Hainaut province in Belgium, and the brewers from the northern Dutch-speaking region wanted to create a beer rooted in that town, leading to the birth of this beer. This is the first dark beer they brewed, placing great importance on fresh hop flowers. It is a product where the floral aroma and the roasted scent of malt beautifully intertwine.

[De La Seine Brewery/Rio Brewing & Co. 4.5%] The world's first Belgian chocolate stout, brewed in Belgium after three years of planning. Co-brewed with brewer Bernardo. Available only at the renowned establishments 'Mouden Lambic' in Japan and Brussels. Instead of chocolate, chocolate malt is used, providing a rich malt flavor with a refreshing bitterness from three additions of hops. [Shire Brewery Alc. 8%] The most voluminous beer from the Shire Brewery, which has been in operation for six generations since 1850. [Verhaeghe Brewery 5.4%] The label features a cow that is used to pull this tool for plowing the fields. It employs a brewing method traditional to West Flanders, where it is aged in oak barrels for about a year and a half. This results in a well-balanced red beer with a sweet and sour flavor reminiscent of grapes.

[Verhaeghe Brewery 6.2%] The brand name 'Princess of the Duchy of Burgundy' is depicted on the label. It is a blend of 9-month and 18-month aged Flanders Red brewed at Verhaeghe Brewery. It features a complex sweetness reminiscent of various fruits such as grapes, passion fruit, and green apples.

[Lulu Brewery 5.2%] Estival means summer. The brewer's belief is that a beer meant for summer drinking requires more than just a smooth finish. This challenge at a low alcohol content achieves the perfect balance of moderate body, sweetness, and bitterness, while simultaneously quenching people's thirst. The brewing method that avoids the use of spices, which is his commitment, makes this a fascinating summer beer.

[Jandran Brewery 6.5%] A small, small brewery located in the gentle hilly area on the way from Brussels to Liège. The saison beer brewed with dry hopping, where hop flowers are infused even during fermentation, is unique and offers a refreshing taste and a floral, light aroma that is superb.

[Jandelan Brewery 7%] 'Cense' means farm in French. It has a slight reddish hue and is a saison beer created after the Four Saison. In addition to four ingredients, spices are used, and it is said to be a beer that can be experienced through all five human senses, hence the name Five Sense. The same amount of hops as Four Saison is used, and dry hopping is done similarly, but a different recipe with a different type and blend of hops is employed.
