In a shop equipped with a smoking machine handled by artisans, 'homemade smoked products' are smoked up, with constantly over 10 varieties available from classics to unique options. From seafood such as salmon and water octopus to meats like bacon and lamb, we offer a variety of options. Unique varieties are also available from time to time. You can enjoy them individually starting from 380 yen or in your preferred assortment.
We carefully select meat from specialty suppliers based on the origin and brand, such as Hokkaido's 'Flaxseed Blessing Beef' and Iwate's 'Vegetable Color Chicken'. We take pride in serving meat dishes that strongly convey the deliciousness of meat, such as beef lean meat, deer, and game like duck.
Our original dry curry with plenty of minced meat smoked in-house for a distinctive aroma. The accompanying egg is also smoked. Feel free to add smoked cheese as a topping to your liking.
Enjoy with a delicious cream sauce made with salty blue cheese and butter smoked to bring out its sweetness. A favorite among women!
