The restaurant boasts homemade bread and a wide variety of exquisite dishes, all of which are exceptional. I entered a small shop located on the third floor of a mixed-use building in Ginza. With only about seven to eight seats at the counter, I felt close to the chef. For lunch, appetizers like bread, salad, and soup were served on one plate, and each dish conveyed a sense of warmth from being homemade. The pasta that followed had a rich sauce and soft noodles that paired perfectly. The desserts, such as canelé and crème brûlée, were also light, making them easy to enjoy even after the meal. The homey atmosphere attracted regular customers, and it was a satisfying lunch from start to finish.
