Expertly Grilled Charcoal Chicken in a Refined Space

Just a one-minute walk from Ningyocho Station, this restaurant features a modern Japanese interior where skilled artisans carefully grill each skewer of charcoal chicken. The liver is creamy and rich, while the tsukune made from ground meat and the thick cartilage are bursting with flavor, enhanced by the aroma of charcoal that brings out the essence of the ingredients. A variety of dishes, including tempura made from eggplant and seasonal vegetables, continue to redefine the concept of yakitori. The selection of sake and warm hospitality complete a high-quality and pleasant dining experience.

It's just a short walk from the station, and as you take the elevator up, you feel excited by the clean and inviting interior. Watching the food being grilled at the open kitchen counter, you feel at ease with the attentive service. The course begins with a serving of sake, and the dishes come out at a comfortable pace, making for a pleasant experience. Each skewer, infused with the aroma of charcoal, is outstanding, and the different textures of the liver, tsukune, heart, and cartilage are enjoyable. They ask about your preferred level of doneness, and there are creative sauces and condiments for each skewer, keeping things interesting until the end. For the finale, you can choose from options like curry or chicken ramen, and even the dessert, sake lees ice cream, was highly satisfying.
