The meat cakes made with Akagyu beef and pork from the prefecture are also popular as they are different from the usual cakes. This plan is so popular that it fills up quickly on weekends, so please make reservations early!

Aso's Akaushi is a type of Wagyu known for its lean meat, and there's no doubt that the best way to enjoy it is grilled in large chunks! It is slowly grilled on a yakiniku roaster, allowing excess fat to drip away, leaving only the rich flavor of the meat. Four types are served in 200g chunks: lean thigh, sirloin, filet, and chateaubriand. I would recommend enjoying it simply with salt from Amakusa or wasabi. Starting from 5000 yen for 200g.
