'Inanami' is carefully polished rice nurtured by the land of Akita, gently brewed with pure and soft water from Akita. The traditional techniques of the toji (master brewer) come alive in the Akita-style cold brewing. We deliver the blessings of Akita's rich natural environment, embodied in the name 'Inanami', which reflects the swaying rice in the wind throughout the seasons. To savor the original umami and richness of junmai sake, we store the freshly pressed junmai sake without filtration in a refrigerated environment. It offers a different flavor profile from light sake, with complexity and depth that are truly appealing. Enjoy the umami of rice and the rich, deep flavor that can only be experienced with unfiltered sake, paired with hearty dishes.
