가쓰오부시를 넣고 끓이는 형태가 아니라 숯불에 철냄비를 얹어 그 안에서 오리고기를 구워 간장소스에 찍어 먹는 '스키야키' 본연의 형태입니다.
For more than 100 years since its establishment in 1872, we have been serving only sukiyaki course of duck meat. Our signature dish at Toriyasu is duck breast, skin still on, cut into thick slices, and grilled in an iron pot over bincho charcoal with soy sauce and grated radish. Our staff members serve you from cooking to serving, so please take your time and enjoy the taste and atmosphere that has remained unchanged over the years.
