A refreshing hop aroma and a light malt flavor harmony. A pleasantly bitter and crisp pilsner. Upopo means 'song' in the Ainu language. We also offer a limited large mug of Upopo (1100 yen).
A pale ale with a hop flavor reminiscent of citrus fruits and a rich aroma typical of top fermentation. A heartwarming pale ale. Nonno means 'flower' in the Ainu language.
The pleasant acidity of Furano-grown haskap and the complex flavors of saison. A vibrant red fruit ale. Hashikapu is the Ainu reading of haskap.
