High-quality domestic beef tendon is slowly simmered in a special Merindo soup and red wine. This dish features a melt-in-your-mouth texture that is truly appealing. For a hidden flavor, we use a special sauce that concentrates the umami of fond de veau, resulting in a deep richness.
Red Wine Braised Tender Beef Tendon Grilled Cheese Curry features high-quality domestic beef tendon, slowly simmered in a special soup from Meirin-do and red wine, resulting in a tender and melt-in-your-mouth texture. By adding grilled cheese with a fragrant char, it enhances the deep richness of the red wine and the umami of the beef tendon, adding creaminess and a toasty flavor. A special sauce infused with the umami of fond de veau is used as a secret ingredient, creating a layered taste experience. This product was developed in response to the requests of our customers at Meirindo! The authentic Sichuan meat miso is stir-fried with garlic, ginger, and special grade doubanjiang, tianmianjiang, and douzhi sauce, which have been aged for three years in Pixian, Sichuan, to bring out the aroma. It is combined with a mixture of beef and pork, seared to enhance richness, umami, and savoriness. The preparation follows the authentic cooking procedures of Sichuan cuisine. For the aromatic vegetables, carrots, onions, and celery are slowly simmered to concentrate their sweetness and aroma. Regarding spices, the refreshing and sharp spice notes of Sichuan pepper and five-spice powder blend with the vibrant spice notes of cumin and cardamom inherent in curry. As a secret ingredient, adding Meirindo's European-style curry enhances sweetness and depth. Recommended toppings pair excellently with coriander. *Limited quantity available for sale each day.
