The course meal!
We had a Christmas & New Year's Eve party at a restaurant we wanted to go to (^o^)! We were able to enjoy the change in taste of the beef tongue from the base of the tongue to the tip of the tongue, rare parts were served, and the delicious meat was very tasty.
The samgyetang, which was served at the end of the meal, was daringly lightly seasoned and served with salt or yangnin.
The oolong tea and eucalyptus sherbet for dessert was a first for me. It was my first time to try it, but it was refreshing and perfect to refresh my palate.
Eating delicious meat slowly is very satisfying.
