Today, three of my friends and I had dinner. We wanted to eat meat, so we made a reservation!
I've always been curious about the one-sided steak lol.
I knew this restaurant was also in Fukushima, but it opened this year at the back of Higashidori in Umeda!
It is in front of the Dragon's Nest.
The interior of the store, which looks like a wood-based hut, is really cute.
When I walked in, there were some groups, some as small as 4 people, and the seats were almost all occupied.
I was the only one who arrived 5 minutes late, as I had just finished an appointment at work.
You can eat as if you are having a barbecue, so they are particular about plastic glasses and paper plates!
Nachos were served with the meal!
They are gorgeous and include meat!
The party potato salad was a big surprise.
What came was Wasabi beef!
It was so heavy when I held it! What is this?
I was told to shake it, so I did, and when I opened it, wasabi beef and potato salad appeared from inside! Interesting!
Since I am a potato alien, fries are a must. Honey mustard is delicious!
Burrata Cheese with Seasonal Fruit
We eat the popular burrata cheese with kiwi.
What a surprise, this is the last Burrata Cheese on the menu. I can't eat this any more (´~...)
Pig's ham
This is a rather thick ham served with tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce) and sansho (Japanese pepper).
I recommend this dish as it is quite filling!
Swordfish Tuna and Avocado with Wasabi Ahi Poke
Tuna and avocado mixed with sauce!
This is also delicious! It's light and refreshing.
Steak is ready! So I open the table.
A big machine was placed on the table and smoke was pouring out of it.
After a few moments, the staff opened the door to reveal a huge 450 gram steak on one side!
This is a secret way of cooking steaks that only three people who work here know how to do! So, it leads to the title. LOL!
They said they would cut it for us, and when we asked, the delicious looking meat appeared!
It is delicious when eaten with homemade eating ponzu!
The meat was so tender that I was in a hurry. ( ´;P;ё;P;)
Finally, I ordered a salmon oyakodon as the last dish.
This is a restaurant that knows how to show off its food! LOL!
It has salmon roe, salmon roe, and yolk on top, and it's so rich and so delicious!

It is located between Nakazaki-cho station and Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchome station.
The store is located in an alley in a residential area, only here it is brightly lit and decorated with a French flag.
Looking at the menu outside, there is a 4,600 yen course and an a la carte menu!
Passing through the curtain, we enter the restaurant.
The 150 year old house has been renovated.
Is that why there is a warm atmosphere?
The first floor has 9 seats at the main counter and 4 seats at the sub-counter, and 10 seats at tables on the second floor (reservations required 3 days in advance for the second floor).
We are looking forward to a private dinner at the counter!

Very moist chicken ham with anchovy and sweet chili sauce.
Choux gougère with chevre and gruyere cheese
The aroma of cheese filled the restaurant from the time the choux pastry was baking.
It goes very well with alcohol and the freshness and sourness of the cheese.
Bread
Bread made with Hokkaido Kitahonami
The aroma of wheat is mildly and gently fragrant and pleasant!
It is simple and does not interfere with any dishes.

More cinnamon and cardamom are used here as well!
The spices and liver give this dish a unique taste.

■Fish Dishes
Cod milt from Hokkaido, Tempura Venier in Western style with sea flavor sauce.
Hokkaido cod milt fritters
The fritters are not greasy and can be eaten without hesitation!
The soup stock is made from the bones of the hamo (conger eel) and is made with beer instead of water.
The spice aroma is cumin!
The cumin is freshly ground, so even though it is only lightly sprinkled on the fritters, its presence is incredible!
The milt is rich and fluffy!
I'm so happy!
With that, we are handed knives one by one to use for the main dish.
Meat Dishes
Roasted Muller Magrecanard Aged Aromatic Duck Breast
JUSDECANARD with black beans and vegetables of the day
Such a big size and wild!
The aging process gives it a deep and rich flavor.
The breast is incredibly moist and juicy without being dry!
The sauce is a combination of the juices from the duck meat and bean jam.
The bean-jam flavor goes well with the duck, which has a subtle aftertaste.

Monsieur's favorite dish to finish the meal tonight
Tonight's dish is takikomi gohan with black truffles.
It's surprising to finish off a French meal with takikomi gohan, but it's also very comforting!
Celery and fennel tsukudani (boiled down in soy sauce) is like a keema curry and goes perfectly with the rice!
Can I have another serving?
■Dessert - Adult bitter chocolate gâteau created with 67% cacao and rice flour
Aromatic bubbles and red sauce 67% cacao is flavorful and mellow.
Because it is made with rice flour, it is not heavy and is excellent as a dessert served at the end.
I enjoyed the aftertaste of today's dish with a cup of herbal tea!
The price of 4,600 yen was unbelievable!
The chef is very close to us, so we could have a pleasant conversation with him while eating our dishes!
You can enjoy French cuisine in an at-home atmosphere, so it's very easy to use!
