HIDEJI Beer is a black beer developed using chestnuts from Miyazaki Prefecture as part of the Miyazaki Agricultural Support Project. It is currently distributed in 18 states in North America through an importer in Seattle. It uses chestnuts from Miyazaki Prefecture as a secondary ingredient and is based on a style called 'stout.'
