Enjoy the traditional flavor of beef liver in a new shape with our 'Square Beef Liver.' We pursued a striking appearance along with rich umami and tenderness. Carefully processed from selected fresh beef liver, it is uniquely shaped into a square using our special technique.
We mix different textures of hormone and marinate them with a sauce that enhances the umami of the hormone, which we prepare in-house. It pairs perfectly with both rice and alcohol.
