One serving... 9 pieces of rolled sushi (2 pieces of medium fatty tuna, 1 piece of white fish, 1 piece of shellfish, 1 piece of shiny fish, 1 piece of shrimp, 1 piece of sea urchin, 1 piece of salmon roe, tamago, and half a roll of tekka maki). Contents may vary depending on the season.
Futomaki is highly appreciated as a souvenir. It contains conger eel, fish roe, crab, kanpyo (dried gourd strips), flying fish roe, cucumber, egg, and oboro (finely shredded omelette). We can also make it according to your preferences.
