The brewery's capacity is about 800 koku per year. It is one of the smallest breweries in Kagoshima. 'Kamezubo Shochu - Bright Rural Village' is born from sweet potatoes and rice, the crystallization of the soul and sweat of the rural village, and the clear water from the Kirishima mountain range. The sweetness of the sweet potatoes becomes addictive.
A product with a high ginjo aroma made from the industry's first authentic moromi extraction shochu. A smoothness that does not feel the alcohol content. A refreshing aftertaste.
Blended with crushed ume fruits, it has a rich and thick texture that is unlike anything before.
Seasoned with broth of grilled sardines (flying fish) from off the coast of Goto, Nagasaki Prefecture and our special pure oil. This is the original style of motsu nabe. Minimum order of 2 servings.
