【Hakoya's New Specialty♪】 Carefully prepared like Daiginjo sake, we use low-temperature cooking for over 6 hours to preserve the quality of the meat and enhance its flavor. The outer layer of the meat is shaved like polishing rice, using only the finest cuts that resemble a vibrant pink color. We select domestic black-haired beef of A3 rank with a moderate degree of marbling.
※Available for two servings or more. This luxurious dish primarily uses the center part of the beef tongue (tongue core) with marbling, served with our special rich white soup for shabu-shabu. The combination of the special soup, green onions, and beef tongue is outstanding. Please wrap plenty of green onions from the pot and enjoy.
