The shellfish from Ise-Shima Anraku Island is a delicious oyster with a firm and rich flavor. This dish, made with those oysters, features the aroma of basil and the plump texture of large, fresh, shell-on oysters, making it a perfect match for sparkling wine. *During the summer season from June to September, oysters from Hiroshima are used.
The classic Neapolitan pizza Margherita, made with a careful blend of two types of cheese infused with basil. You can also feel the attention to detail in the pizza dough, making it a delicious dish all the way to the crust.
This is a 60-centimeter sausage made to a LEVEL4 specification, requested from a familiar vendor. It's a sausage that is quite filling, and it might be difficult to take a big bite all at once.

Recommended as a snack or served with bread, this dish uses fresh head-on shrimp sourced directly from fishermen. The shrimp are so fresh that they can be eaten raw, making this a luxurious ajillo. Although ajillo is an Italian dish, it includes miso, making it an original ajillo suited for Japanese tastes.

Dynamically plated in a bar style, this is truly a 'whole' grilled dish, featuring a generous portion of Pacific saury that is rich and satisfying.
A dish that simply allows you to enjoy the goodness and flavor of Iberico pork, seasoned with black pepper, concentrating the original umami of Iberico pork while retaining a moderate amount of fat. It has a pleasant texture, served with accompanying vegetables.
Since it uses seasonal seafood, the ingredients may vary slightly depending on the time. The base is tomato sauce, and it is said to have a slightly tangy adult flavor. Clams, squid, shrimp, crab, mussels, and scallops are the basics.
