Rice cooked in a clay pot, overflowing with seasonal colors such as ginkgo and edible bulb. The moment the lid is removed, the delightful aroma of mud crab spreads. The crab meat is steamed once and then flaked, making it fluffy and pleasant to the palate, which has received positive reviews for being easy to eat.
Natural tiger pufferfish milt has a unique flavor and depth of taste, so please be sure to try it at least once. When added to a hot pot and eaten with ponzu sauce, it is incredibly delicious, but grilling it adds a savory aroma and makes the flavor even richer.
