The entire head of "Eitman Wagyu," raised with care on our own ranch, is used in this luxurious course, which includes rare cuts of beef such as sirloin and chateaubriand. The exquisite cooking that brings out the best flavor of the meat and the careful preparation by the chefs create a blissful experience. This luxurious lunchtime-only course allows you to casually enjoy the charm of high-quality Wagyu beef.
