This is the zodiac series of Daruma Masamune, known for its not-so-cute label. The 'U' has an aged sake flavor that develops over time after opening, while the 'Mi' embodies the original concept of blending 'hard-to-drink aged sake to make it easier to drink' with a light taste.

The owner's recommendation is to enjoy both hot sake and cooled sake for the best of both worlds.
