The aroma of smoked bubbles and smoked pistachios wafts gently, leaving a lasting impression from the very first bite. The light meringue layered with cacao mousse, roasted vanilla ice cream, and chocolate-like elements creates a pleasant balance of nuttiness and sweetness. The parfait is refreshing with chamomile and verbena granita, and when combined with cacao broth jelly and cacao pulp paste, it adds depth. The marinated blood orange, crispy cacao pie crust, and the contrast between fresh and roasted figs are also delightful. The lightly carbonated juice of cacao pulp and guava is refreshing and can be savored slowly alongside the sweets.
