It is very popular among guests from overseas! Wagyu beef shabu-shabu (one-pot dish) is the main dish of the seasonal course using seasonal ingredients. You can also enjoy nigiri-zushi made by our chef at the counter. Recommended for those who want to try a variety of kaiseki cuisine but also want to eat sushi restaurant and hot pot.
This is a lunch course meal available only on Saturdays. You can enjoy a seasonal course meal at a reasonable price while relaxing over a holiday lunch. The all-you-can-drink package is also very economical! Recommended for those who want to have a few drinks from noon onwards.

This is a cold-prepared miso made by Hikari Miso, a miso manufacturer from Shinshu, which is only produced once a year. It is aged for a long time to create a rich umami flavor. This miso soup can only be enjoyed at our store as it is not for sale.
The 120-minute all-you-can-drink option includes choices such as draft beer, sparkling wine, red and white wine, sake, shochu, whiskey, original drinks, and carefully selected teas.

This is a very rare tea leaf made using the kamairi method from the variety 'Inzatsu 131', produced by only a few farmers in Shizuoka.
