Saga - This sake has a rich and juicy flavor packed with the umami of rice, with a sake meter value of -1. Since it is not pasteurized, the mouthfeel is smooth. Chilling it a bit more enhances the crispness.

The characteristic of this 'Improved Shinkou' rice is its smooth and expansive flavor.
