We value the temperature that lets each dish be enjoyed at its most delicious and the natural aroma of the ingredients, composing the entire course so a pleasant aftertaste lingers even after the meal. We carefully select seasonal ingredients and apply preparations tailored to each one’s natural character. Without overworking them, we thoughtfully carry out only the necessary steps so each plate highlights the ingredient’s inherent deliciousness.

The interior is predominantly white with a “modern classic” concept that incorporates the warmth of wood. The high-quality space, kept free of unnecessary decoration, uses red—evocative of the Hinomaru (the Japanese flag)—as an accent, harmonizing a subtle tension with a comfortable atmosphere. It creates a pleasant setting for time spent focusing on the food.

While sincerely attending to each dish, we continue to carefully convey the appeal of Japanese cuisine. Valuing the idea that cooking should help bring out the best in its ingredients, we plan the structure of the entire course and maintain an attitude of steadily refining it according to the times and the seasons, which has led to the cuisine we serve today.

For many years I have devoted myself to Japanese cuisine, honing my technique and sensibility while gaining experience at home and abroad. I aim to create a dining experience that feels "delicious" not only in flavor but in aroma, temperature, atmosphere, and hospitality. By engaging sincerely with ingredients and applying the most appropriate techniques to each plate, I offer memorable Japanese cuisine.
