In a room where all seats are partitioned, you can enjoy your meal and conversation in a relaxed atmosphere. The cuisine is based on classic French, but the presentation and tableware have charming touches that create excitement. In particular, the dish featuring foie gras paired with apple and truffle has a wonderful combination of aroma and texture. Both the fish and meat are cooked to perfection, complemented by the colorful vegetables from Iwate. The soba we had at the end of the course was also fragrant, allowing us to enjoy the lingering taste. It's a lovely restaurant where you can relax in a private room and appreciate the allure of luxurious ingredients like truffles.
