A Hidden Gem of a Premium Yakiniku Restaurant

KYOKU is a yakiniku restaurant nestled in Ginza like a hidden gem. Using Kagoshima prefecture's A5 rank black wagyu beef, each carefully grilled meat dish is exquisite. With its beautiful presentation, you can leisurely enjoy in a serene private room. Additionally, it is produced by former sumo wrestler Asahidoyama, adding an extra touch of exclusivity.

Kyoku" is a yakiniku restaurant owned by Kyokudozan, located in Corridor Street. Former Prime Minister Koizumi is also a favorite of this restaurant. Using only A4 and A5 rank meat from Kagoshima Prefecture, Kyoku offers excellent quality meat that can be procured through his unique routes at a reasonable price. Rare cuts of meat are also available. I am old enough to be sensitive to marbling, but this high quality meat was fine. It is served with wasabi and yuzu pepper, and the fine fat spreads refreshingly. I was shocked at the level of horumon. Kyokudozan went around to all the seats and talked with customers. I was also surprised at the price, about ³,000 for a considerable amount of food and drink. The price was only because I ordered a lot of dishes such as the delicious marbled pork loin, kalbi, tongue, and halami for ¥2500 per plate, but there are also several special sets available, so you can usually get away with much less. The interior is quite small due to the location, but I would recommend it for a Yakiniku date at the bar counter, or for light entertainment in a private room. I will go back again.
