This standing bar run by a dried goods shop has a retro yet clean and calming atmosphere. When you stand at the counter, you are greeted with a variety of beers, highballs, and sake from different regions, making it hard to choose. The sashimi of whelk and scallops is plump and makes the first drink go down quickly. The aroma of grilled mentaiko and dried stingray is irresistible, showcasing the shop's dedication to quality. The whole dried sardines are packed with umami and pair excellently with sake. It's a wonderful place where you can quietly enjoy standing drinks, making it easy to drop by even alone.

This is a shop that is easy to enter, with an open entrance that invites you in even if you just stop by. The small space on the first floor of the building has a Showa retro atmosphere that is comfortable and calming. As it is run by a dried goods shop, there is a rich selection of snacks that pair well with alcohol, such as dried scallops and kusaya. When you taste the recommended sashimi of the day, you can clearly feel the freshness delivered directly from Tsukiji, which brings a smile to your face. They have a variety of drinks centered around sake, including beer and highballs, allowing you to enjoy your drink leisurely even while standing. Listening to the quiet background music, I felt very happy savoring the moment alone.
