The tea made by Yukisuke Sakamoto, who practices organic farming, is created with gratitude for the power firmly rooted in the earth. After carefully harvesting, it is sun-dried outdoors for 2 to 3 days and then slowly dried with high-temperature charcoal, which also concentrates the flavor. (It is not dried with electric methods.) The aroma and taste are completely different.
