[Tokyo Ginza] Recently receiving enthusiastic calls from overseas tourists, this coffee specialty store is quite popular. I arrived around 14:45 on a Sunday and discovered a line, which took over 30 minutes to finally get in. A la carte ◇ Hot Cafe Latte x2 Upon entering, there was an explanation, and I got to choose my favorite coffee beans. Imagining from the aroma and description, I decided to try the following: - ETHIOPIA SIDANA TAMIRU ALO BERRY A fruity aroma with sweet and rich milk. It gives the impression of a well-balanced coffee. - COLOMBIA HUILA LA LOMA Leaves a whiskey-like aftertaste. The coffee is stronger than the milk, giving it a more adult impression. Since I can now freely choose from a variety of coffee beans compared to the past, has the price gone up? It was quite a tourist price, but the quality is indeed exceptional. Next time, I definitely want to visit the Jimbocho store as well.
