The reason for revisiting this restaurant is the flavor of their hot and spicy noodles. There is a wide choice of ingredients and the noodles are exquisitely firm. The combination of hot sauce and huajiaoyu (pepper oil) is superb and provides a stimulating experience. The soup is even more delicious when served over rice. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Szechuan cuisine, and I would like to come back again.
