There is a small counter and private rooms, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. The presentation is beautiful, and the creative use of ice adds a refreshing touch that is exciting. The gentle flavor, rich in dashi, conveys an elegant Kyoto-style sophistication. The signature soft-shelled turtle and shark fin soup is layered with umami and is very delicious. The grilled crab, Matsuba crab rice, and fried abalone, all blessings from the sea, are impressive. Even the final dish of dried persimmon paired with matcha is meticulously prepared, leaving me satisfied.
