You can use a private room in Ginza and spend time in a calm atmosphere. The kaiseki includes tender beef steak and charcoal-grilled dishes, providing a sense of satisfaction. The sesame tofu and rolled omelet have a rich dashi flavor, and each dish is deeply flavorful. The sweetfish steamed with sansho and the mackerel with plum and shiso have a wonderful aroma, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The rice cooked with plenty of sweet potatoes leaves a lasting impression and is delicious until the end. The staff's service is attentive, and even with a chef's choice, they serve a well-balanced meal, making it suitable for dining occasions.
