To fully enjoy the grilled flying fish, we prepare freshly made flying fish broth in a teapot. Dipping the rice into the remaining salt ramen soup and adding the freshly made flying fish broth creates an exquisite chazuke that is truly a delight of grilled flying fish. Topped with the refreshing aroma of shiso seeds and the umami of mentaiko, finishing with the Oidashi Chazuke will surely leave you completely satisfied.

The noodles are custom-made in collaboration with a long-established noodle shop.
