After enjoying the rich aroma and flavor of the salt ramen made with real grilled flying fish, we recommend the 'Oidashi Chazuke.' To fully enjoy the grilled flying fish, we prepare freshly made flying fish broth in a teapot. Dipping rice into the leftover salt ramen soup and adding the freshly made flying fish broth creates a superb chazuke that is truly a delight of grilled flying fish. Topped with the refreshing aroma of shiso seeds and the umami of mentaiko, finishing with the Oidashi Chazuke will surely leave you completely satisfied.
Our restaurant's specialty! Made with grilled flying fish using Takahashi's unique method. The flavored oil is a special blend developed by Takahashi that maximizes the aroma of grilled flying fish. The noodles are custom-made in collaboration with a long-established noodle shop. You can enjoy the last drop by adding white rice to the remaining soup to make grilled flying fish dashi ochazuke.
