The gyoza has beautiful wings, and the savory filling overflows from the perfectly roasted skin. You can also taste the sweetness of the vegetables, and it becomes even more delicious when dipped in vinegar and pepper. The dan dan noodles have a rich sesame aroma, and the flavors are well-balanced, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The chili oil, packed with ingredients, has a mild spiciness that complements any dish. Especially when drizzled over beef tendon knife-cut noodles, it enhances the richness and is irresistible. Even those who are not fond of spiciness can enjoy Taiwanese ramen, while spicy food lovers will find the mapo tofu set meal perfect.
