A 7-course banquet course featuring musmus standard dishes. In addition to the seasonal vegetables steamed in a rice cooker using organic vegetables, there are also dishes such as half-boiled egg omelet with baby sardines and steamed pork with wasabi and ponzu sauce. +An all-you-can-drink package can be added for an additional 2,500 yen, making this a great option for company banquets, girls' parties, and more. Otters can be added to the all-you-can-drink menu for an additional 1,100 yen.
Centered around rice cooked in a clay pot, this banquet course is packed with generous portions, including fried oysters made with oysters from “Kanawa Suisan” in Hiroshima Prefecture and steamed pork with grapes and sansho pepper featuring “Tomu Pork” from “Yasuda Chikusan” in Yamagata Prefecture. We use carefully selected ingredients, such as seasonal vegetables steamed in a bamboo basket. We use kombu from “Okui Kaiseido” in Fukui Prefecture in the broth for the loin and belly cuts of Tomu Pork from “Ando Livestock” in Yamagata Prefecture. The menu features hearty dishes, including shabu-shabu as the main course, dishes made with Daisen chicken tenderloin from Tottori Prefecture, and dishes featuring deep-fried tofu from “Ueda Tofu” in Kyoto Prefecture! To finish the meal, we’ve prepared dashi-chazuke (rice with dashi broth) using the shabu-shabu broth, served with ingredients such as chirimen yamashō from “Yamari” in Wakayama Prefecture and ume-kashi from Mie Prefecture.
