In a calm interior where you can feel the warmth of wood, it's exciting to see the cooking process over the counter. A variety of local flavors are lined up, and the specialty simmered in miso and the miso-based oden cooked in a large pot were particularly impressive. The grilled miso and tender meat served on a magnolia leaf had a wonderful aroma, making it impossible to stop eating. A dish of fragrant grilled pickles and crispy fried food loaded with aonori was also rich in flavor and pairs well with alcohol. The attention to detail was evident from the appetizers, and the beautiful presentation was a visual delight as well. The service was just right, and I felt relaxed as if I had returned to my hometown.
