The main dining area of the Karuizawa Marriott Hotel, this restaurant features grilled dishes that skillfully utilize fresh ingredients from Shinshu, along with warm hospitality. The dishes that showcase the tender and delicious Shinshu Premium Beef are particularly exquisite. As a popular spot in Nakakaruizawa loved by locals, it offers a wonderful culinary experience to many visitors.

The building has a sense of history, and the space where soft light filters in feels very pleasant. The small rice croquettes have a gentle aroma of beans that spreads out, creating excitement from the very beginning. The appetizer featuring Shinshu salmon paired with fermented red cabbage and stracciatella offers a rich and thick flavor. The dish of squid with roe and fruit tomatoes has an irresistible contrast between a crispy texture and juiciness. The dish of white asparagus mixed with eggs and cheese is simply delicious and brings happiness. The unique staff and the music create a comfortable atmosphere, and the quality of the ingredients is clearly conveyed in every dish.

The Shinshu chicken cutlet is fragrant and becomes more satisfying as you continue to eat. The final carbonara allows you to choose the portion size and has a light flavor that doesn't rely on heavy cream.
