Chilled Foie Gras Tan Tan Noodles that won't make you feel heavy even if you eat late at night. Crushed grilled eggplant is mixed with a broth made with white miso and yuzu pepper, combined with noodles made from Koshihikari brown rice, topped with pan-seared foie gras and drizzled with balsamic sauce. A fusion of Japanese and Western flavors created with consideration for the Japanese body.
