Could be a great restaurant for Kyoto x Sushi @ Imadegawa | Happy eating delicious food! I heard about this restaurant from a gourmet friend, and then I heard about it from another friend... I remembered that it must be a wonderful restaurant to hear from two gourmets! But such a thing is a mysterious fate, isn't it? We had just decided to go out for sushi, and yes, there was a restaurant we wanted to go to! The day of the event went by very quickly and smoothly from there! Mr. Fukuyoshi The nearest station is Imadegawa Subway Station It's a bit of a long walk, so we took a cab. But I couldn't catch a taxi and I was a little late.... But he was very kind to help me... I'm very sorry. Both of them trained at Sushi Restaurant Hirano in Kitashinchi, Mr. Kondo went to Shanghai to promote Japanese sushi, and Mr. Fukuda opened Fukuyoshi in Nishitenma. They run this restaurant together! The restaurant offers only a 20,000 yen omakase course in the evening. Toast with plum wine with soda! There were two kinds, and we were allowed to choose one! The explanation of the sake was very detailed and easy to understand! Seko crab It was nice to start with crab! It's dressed with spinach and cauliflower puree. Warm and tender, just like human skin!
