For appetizers, we offer our signature dish using fresh fish from Odawara, which is also available for lunch. Fresh seafood freshly landed in the morning from Odawara, Italian vegetables and aromatic herbs from Saitama, nearby prefectures and Miyazaki, and other fresh and earthy ingredients from all over Japan will be the main ingredients. The two chefs, both of whom have experience in Italy, will present "old and new Italian cuisine" in a course format, with a modern approach to traditional Italian cuisine.
