Founded in 1930, this long-standing tempura specialty shop creates a refined, modern Japanese atmosphere in the B1 level of the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi New Building. The counter, where aromatic, freshly fried tempura is prepared right before your eyes, offers an exceptional sense of presence. The light, crispy batter enhances the flavors of shrimp and seasonal vegetables. It's also delightful to be able to change the taste with a variety of condiments such as salt, lemon, and tempura dipping sauce.
