This wine is Makikore Wine. Makikore Wine is a natural wine carefully selected from about 300 small-scale, self-cultivated wine producers by Ms. Makiko Kanai, who is the first Japanese to hold a diploma (qualification as a brewing manager) in France. The grapes are hand-picked one by one, grown using organic farming methods, and the wine is crafted with great care over many years. It is gentle on the body, making it less likely to cause a hangover the next day and less likely to cause headaches.
Region: France, Champagne area. Varieties: Chardonnay (barrel-aged) and Pinot Noir. Producer: Patrice Marc. This champagne is meticulously handcrafted by the owner, from vineyard work to bottling. It is released after being aged for a full 5 years. The Chardonnay is aged well in barrels. It has beautiful bubbles and fruity flavors. The texture is soft, indicating it has been aged.

Now, it is so popular that it cannot be bought locally. This person produces Chablis that is aged in barrels. It is dry with a smooth, rich, and elegant feel.
