The appetizers incorporate elements of Chinese cuisine, with each dish spreading its aroma and umami. The eel is perfectly crisp on the surface, and the green onion sauce and myoga (Japanese ginger) pair exceptionally well. The wonton in the clear soup contains conger eel, and combined with the aroma of matsutake mushrooms, it brings a sense of comfort. The sushi features red vinegar rice that is pleasant, beautifully supporting the flavor of the toppings. For example, the swordtip squid is refreshing with salt and citrus, while the simmered eel melts in your mouth, bringing happiness. Finally, the shark fin rice bowl uses a large tail fin, and the unforgettable deliciousness at the moment of eating leaves a lasting impression.
