We basically offer a shellfish course. There is an organic udon noodle finish, which is a collection of shellfish soup served in the course, for an extra charge of 500 yen. Also, the price is set for a minimum of 2 persons, so if you are a single person, the price is 7500 yen (in order to have something to share by yourself.) The price is for one person only. As an option, we can offer duck, black abalone, and alum-free salted water sea urchin in addition to the shellfish, but we would appreciate it if you could call us for details. Please make reservations at least 2 days in advance (3 days in advance if the market is closed on a holiday).
In 2011, it became the champion sake at the most prestigious sake contest, the International Wine Competition, and is extremely difficult to obtain. It is rarely available at other stores. We offer it in a glass for 1500 yen, which is less than one-fifth of the market price. We also provide the highest quality sake and beer that are recognized by sake enthusiasts and professionals.
The famous five major châteaux actually purchase barrels from small, excellent châteaux. These small châteaux use only the best grapes for their own brand and produce the highest quality wine, selling the remainder to the five major châteaux. We are pleased to offer such special wine at an extremely reasonable price. For more details, please contact us by phone.
This is a course that offers shellfish simply 'grilled' without using any seasonings. An experience to savor the original flavors, aromas, and textures of the ingredients. The shellfish used are carefully selected for their best condition on that day, including some of the rarest shellfish that have fetched the highest prices in Japan. Enjoy the essence of shellfish.
The best black abalone from Tsukiji on that day can be said to be of the highest quality in the world. The price varies, but it is worth trying at least once. For more details, please visit our website.
You will enjoy saltwater sea urchin that does not contain any alum or medicine. The price varies, but you cannot enjoy it anywhere else. Beautiful women will not necessarily accompany you... For more details, please visit our website.
The phantom caviar 'Starlet' that could only be consumed by nobles during the Russian Empire era. Its rich umami and pleasant aftertaste are completely different from the usual high-end caviar, which is characterized by its saltiness. Compared to the so-called highest quality 'Beluga', it offers a dimension of umami and a pleasant sweetness that is unparalleled, with no saltiness at all. The delicate and beautiful umami is so refined that even crackers can be a distraction, something not found in other ingredients. There is absolutely no unpleasant odor. We offer it at a very affordable price. The displayed price is based on two people, but the quantity can be adjusted according to the number of guests. The best pairings are Franciacorta, which Gucci uses at official parties, or champagne that is found in less than 1% of the world, but white wine also pairs well. It is not fishy, so sake is also a good match. It is especially recommended for those who have only tasted caviar that is just salty. This is the true taste of caviar. Reservations can be made up to 30 minutes before the day, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious bar time after your meal. There is no bar charge at all. We would appreciate it if you could call us at least 30 minutes before your arrival.
As an option for the shellfish course, we offer the Burgot Family's premium Chalon duck for use at the bar. Only those from the Burgot family can rightfully be called Chalon duck. There are not many French restaurants that use authentic Burgot family Chalon duck. In Kobe, you can enjoy it at a Michelin-starred French restaurant, but you can have the exact same dish at a remarkably reasonable price. The price is 3,000 yen for half a duck, and typically, in a course, half a duck is shared between two people, resulting in an additional 1,500 yen (depending on size, half a duck may be 3,500 yen). If shared among three people, there is an additional 1,000 yen. Please enjoy the highest grade Chalon duck, which can only be tasted at limited premium French restaurants (for example, those with Michelin stars) in Kobe, at a price lower than the market rate. *Currently, due to chick vaccinations, the import of Chalon duck is prohibited.
