This course is a shellfish course from the appetizer to the end of the meal, as only a shellfish specialty restaurant can offer. Oysters, scallops, tairagi, and mussels are served as sashimi with the flavor of the ingredients intact. Kitayosagi, Tsukihi, Oogai, and Unotan are grilled to bring out the flavor of the sea. Japanese mussels, clams, and scallions are steamed in a hearty broth. This is our signature course that allows you to enjoy a variety of shellfish. For an additional 3,300 yen, you can add an "all-you-can-drink" package that includes locally brewed sake and other specialty liquors. (Shellfish items are subject to change depending on availability. Please enjoy the best of the season at that time.)
This course includes our signature shellfish hot pot and sashimi. The shellfish hot pot has three stages. First, you will enjoy it with a large amount of clams and other shellfish in a broth. Next, you will enjoy it with oysters and other main shellfish and seasonal vegetables. To finish, noodles are added and you can enjoy the soup with plenty of shellfish broth until the end.

This is a sukiyaki made with fresh 'unagi' (eel). We use freshly prepared domestic unagi, and after grilling the bones, head, and offal, we carefully make the broth.
