In addition to tuna sandwiches, matsutake mushroom soup, and bean dishes sprinkled with the bounty of spring, the menu also features sashimi that brings out the best of the ingredients and bamboo shoot dumplings prepared on a teppan, all of which are served in a slow and steady composition. This satisfying course also includes sushi that showcases the skills of our chefs, a main dish of fillet of Ota beef, and a choice of sweetness and rice cooked in an earthenware pot to finish the meal.
Beginning with three kinds of appetizers to accompany your sake, we offer fresh sashimi directly from Misaki Port in Miura, tempura, and teppan-yaki of carefully selected wagyu beef. To top off the meal, we will serve rice cooked in an earthenware pot with seasonal ingredients. As with dinner, we will provide you with a quality time that is unique to Natsukashita Fuyukami.
We will start with a seasonal salad to accompany your sake, followed by fresh sashimi and tempura directly from Misaki Port in Miura. To top off the meal, we offer a mini chirashi-zushi, which allows you to enjoy the flavors of the season. After the meal, a sweet snack will be served to give you a moderately satisfying meal. Please enjoy a refined lunch time with a touch of summer and winter.
This dish features coarsely chopped celery and strong-flavored black garlic. Serve with yuzu pepper to taste.
To enjoy the texture, the shrimp is coarsely prepared inside.
